How can I become a customer? You need to contact Genisar's sales staff and I will have your program in production within 10 days.

How do I link to Genisar's demonstration product? Genisar will provide you with a button to place on your website, that's it!

Are I limited as to how many users can demo our product? No, your service contract does not limit how many users demo your product. As your user base grows, Genisar will increase its capacity to handle the load.

What hours of the day can my users demo our product? Your demo will be available to your users 24 hours a day, 7 days a Iek.

Are my users able to print to their printer while demonstrating our product? To adhere to the demonstration platform and to protect your software, your users will not be able to print to their printer.

How long can a user demo our product? It is dependent on your contract. Nobody knows your customers better than you; therefore you dictate how long each user can demo your product. If you wish to change the contracted time, just call us.

What if I publish a new release of our product? Contact our office. I will work on your time schedule to incorporate the new release into our network. You get three free upgrades per year!

When do I receive an invoice for your products? I invoice our clients on the last day of each month for that month's usage.

What Browser can I use? Genisar is compatible with Netscape 4.0 and above and Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 and above.

Do my customers have to register with Genisar? Genisar does not intrude upon your customers experience. There are no register requirements or limitations. A product approach that is quick, painless and seamless.

Now that I signed our contract, when can I go live? It takes us approximately 10 working days to finalize installation of your product into our network. Depending on the complexity or additional requirements by you, that can take longer or shorter. A representative will be working closely with your firm to assure a smooth transition.
