Can I connect to ShadowMe™ through my corporate firewall? ShadowMe™ is able to work through all proxy corporate firewalls.
What are the hardware, software, and network requirements for participating in a ShadowMe™ conference? ShadowMe™ will require the use of Internet Explorer 4.0 or later and Netscape 4.06 - 4.7x, Pentium computer with Windows 95.98/NT.
Can I connect over a dial-up modem from my home or office? Yes. Anyone using a 28K or greater modem connection can participate in a ShadowMe™ conference.
How do I set up Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, or AOL browser to attend a ShadowMe™ web conference? You do not have to set up anything, ShadowMe™ will automatically detect the version you are using and start your session for you.
How do I start a ShadowMe™ presentation? You use a private URL provided to you and when ready, click on the Account Manager button to start your presentation.
How long can my ShadowMe™ presentation be? There is no time limit to each presentation.
Can I have more than one Application on my server? You will have the option to add new applications to your ShadowMe™ server.
